Dan Perez

            Dan was born in Fremont, CA. He was raised in a Christian household and remembers watching his father preach from the pulpit. His family relocated to Manteca in 1985, and after high school, Dan joined and completed master’s Commission in San Jose. He has happy memories of serving as children's pastor, as well as playing his guitar for the worship team. A talented salesman, Dan has sold everything from newspaper ads, to cars, to Cutco cutlery over the years.

            In 2018, he self-published a faith-based book called “The Knucklehead’s Guide to Marriage” that he co-authored with his wife, Jennifer. They enjoy speaking at churches, and offer free marriage workshops.

            Dan works with Sheldon Vicks as the promotions team, so you might have spotted him at the KYCC booth at various local Christian concerts, or perhaps heard him live on air promoting KYCC’s annual Fall Celebration or Diaper Dash. Dan also maintains the beautiful blue KYCC vehicle, so you will often hear Brent endearingly call him “Dan the Van Man”.
