Operation Christmas Child by Samaritan's Purse uses a simple shoebox gift as an opportunity to share the love of Jesus Christ. Anyone can pack a shoebox -- Individuals, families, churches, students, and groups can fill empty shoeboxes with school supplies, hygiene items, and toys.

For many children, the gift-filled shoebox is the first gift they have ever received. It is also a great way to teach our kids about thankfulness and giving to those in need.

During National Collection Week, November 13-20, Samaritan's Purse will collect gift-filled shoeboxes at their designated drop-off locations in all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
